1. The service
VoxisLive is a real-time voice-translation desktop application for Windows. It operates in two modes: a managed service, where we supply the AI access and you use account minutes; and an open-source mode, where you provide your own Google Gemini API key. Translation relies on third-party AI providers (Google Gemini Live and OpenAI). By creating an account or using VoxisLive you accept these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity on your account. Minimum age is 18, with the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
3. Minutes, billing and renewals
Paid usage is measured in translated minutes. Minute packs are one-time purchases added to your account instantly; pack minutes never expire while your account is active. Where a recurring plan is offered, it renews automatically through our third-party payment processor until cancelled in your account portal — cancellation stops future charges and access continues through the paid period. Every new account receives 10 complimentary minutes.
4. Refunds
Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right. Because the service begins immediately upon purchase, any minutes you have already used are deducted from your refund, calculated pro rata against the amount paid. See the refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must not resell or abuse the service or its quota; attempt to circumvent quota, authentication, or abuse-prevention measures; or use the service unlawfully or to process content you have no right to process.
6. Third-party dependencies
Translation (Google Gemini, OpenAI), payment processing, and email (Resend) operate under their respective providers' terms. If you bring your own key (BYOK), you are responsible for Google's terms and any charges under your key.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. Machine translation accuracy is not guaranteed; do not rely on it for high-stakes, legal, medical, or safety-critical communication.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, total liability is capped at the amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months. Statutory consumer protections that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
9. Termination and governing law
Either party may terminate the account; violations may trigger suspension or termination. These Terms are governed by the law of Türkiye; mandatory local consumer-protection rights remain enforceable regardless.
