1. The 14-day withdrawal right
Consumers have 14 days from purchase to withdraw. To exercise it, contact us within that window — no reason is required.
2. How the refund is calculated
Because the service is available immediately after purchase, any translated minutes you have already consumed are deducted, calculated pro rata against the amount you paid.
Example: you bought a 600-minute pack and used 60 minutes — 10% of the pack. Your refund is 90% of the purchase price.
3. One-time minute packs
Packs are refundable within 14 days minus used minutes, calculated proportionally. A fully consumed pack is not refundable.
4. Recurring plans (where offered)
Recurring plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from your account billing portal. Cancelling does not generate a refund for the current period — you simply keep access until it ends.
5. Service faults
Beyond the 14-day window, you are entitled to a refund if the service does not work as described and we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time. Translation inaccuracies alone do not qualify as a fault — machine translation quality is inherently variable.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor, typically within several business days.
