How a team plan works
Three steps, and none of them involve licence keys.
We open the plan
Tell us roughly how many people and how many minutes a month. We set up the pool and the seats and send your administrator a private panel link.
You add people by email
Each colleague gets a short setup mail with the download links. Nothing to roll out centrally, no keys to hand around.
They sign in and they're connected
The moment someone signs in with the address you added, their sessions draw on the team pool instead of their own balance.
The admin panel
Your administrator opens a private link — no extra account, no extra password. Everything below is live in the panel today.
Pool, seats, period
Minutes left in the period, how many seats are taken, how many days remain — the first thing on the page.
30 days of usage
A daily bar chart of team usage, so a spike is visible before the pool is gone.
Member management
Add someone by email, resend the setup mail, or remove them. Removing a person puts their account straight back on its own plan.
80% and 100% alerts
We mail your administrator once when the pool passes 80% and once when it is used up. You choose the address.
Seven languages
The panel and the mails your team receives are available in English, German, Turkish, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Korean.
Light and dark
The panel follows the reader's system theme and can be switched by hand.
Security and operations
A private link, nothing to install
The panel opens from a private link we send your administrator. There is no separate admin account to create and no extra password to manage. Ask us and we replace the link — the old one stops working immediately.
No third parties on the panel page
The panel loads only from our own servers: no analytics, no external fonts, no trackers, no embedded widgets.
Everyone works at the same time
There is no limit on how many members translate simultaneously, and each person works on their own machine and their own content.
No device lock on a team plan
Team members are not tied to one computer — the device restriction only exists on the free tier.
One pool across every client
The Windows app, the Linux snap and the Chrome and Edge extension all draw on the same pool. Nothing is counted twice.
The period is agreed, not automatic
The pool runs for the period we agree with you. Nothing renews by itself and nothing is charged automatically — we renew it together, and your administrator sees the remaining days in the panel.

A team pool costs less per minute than the prepaid packs on the pricing page. How much less depends on the size of the pool and the length of the period, so there is no self-service checkout and no fixed list price — we put the numbers together with you.
