VoxisLive captures Discord voice chat streams cleanly via Windows WASAPI loopback, translating incoming teammate speech into continuous AI voice dubbing.

Setting It Up for a Live Voice Channel

Discord runs in a browser tab or in the desktop client; either way the audio arrives on the same Windows output device, which is all Voxis needs.

1. Join the voice channel as you normally would, with your headset already selected in Discord's own audio settings.
2. Launch Voxis Live and pick Video / Game mode, since a voice channel is incoming audio and you want it translated one way.
3. Choose the language you want to hear from the 79 targets.
4. Press Start. Voxis takes the Windows system mix through WASAPI loopback and excludes its own output, so it never re-translates the voice it just spoke.

From there your teammate's original voice drops back in the mix and a translated voice speaks over it, trailing them by a few seconds. Speaker-change labels are worked out on your own CPU, so back-to-back speakers are marked instead of running together as one block of text.

What It Will Not Do in a Voice Channel

A page that only lists strengths is not worth anyone's time, so here is the shape of the gap before you install anything.

• Video / Game mode only translates what you hear. It is a one-way path: incoming speech comes back to you in your language, and nothing leaving your own microphone is touched.
• Nobody else in the channel hears your translation. The translated voice plays to your headphones alone. Your guildmates hear exactly what they heard before you installed anything.
• Two-way translation needs Meeting mode, a virtual microphone and paid minutes. Meeting mode pushes your translated voice into the call through a virtual mic device, and the free tier never covers it. Every meeting minute is a paid minute.
