Pay once. Minutes never expire.

VoxisLive uses prepaid minute packs — no subscription, no monthly bill. Buy a pack once and the minutes are added to your account instantly, stack on top of any balance you already have, and never expire while your account is active. Purchased minutes are account-wide: the same balance works in the Windows app, in the Linux snap and in the browser extension.

Free tier: 15 minutes of the real Pro voice to start, then 10 free minutes every day, forever — no card required.

Need enterprise or volume usage?

Let's put together a custom offer — a shared team minute pool, purchase-order billing, or high-volume usage tailored to you.

Buying for a company? Tick the business-purchase option at checkout and enter your company name and VAT ID — the invoice is issued to your company, and eligible EU businesses are reverse-charged, so no VAT is collected.

Prefer to run on your own key?

Bring your own Google Gemini or Alibaba Qwen API key — your audio never touches Voxis servers, and there are no further per-minute charges from Voxis, ever. One licence, one key, everywhere: the same unlock covers the Windows app and the Chrome extension.

You unlock it once. After that the per-minute cost goes straight to Google or Alibaba rather than to Voxis, so on heavy use you come out ahead somewhere around 40–80 hours of translation — the crossover depends on the model you pick and on provider prices, which change (figures as of September 2026). Your audio also never passes through us at all: the contract for it is directly with the provider.

One-time digital unlock — delivered instantly and non-refundable once activated. See the refund policy.

It never stops translating. A new account gets 15 free minutes of the real, human-sounding voice — a one-time gift to start, not a monthly allowance. After that VoxisLive keeps going: 10 free minutes every day in the Windows app and the Linux snap, forever (in Video and Game mode), in a simpler voice that runs on your own PC — spoken in 35 of the 79 languages, while the other 44 arrive as live captions instead. Paid packs speak all 79. The daily free tier works in the browser extension too, but there it speaks with your browser's own voices — 18 of the 79 in Chrome on Windows, 16 in Edge; the rest arrive as live captions. No card required.

Open on GitHub. The desktop engine's audio pipeline is published on GitHub as a source-available excerpt, so you can see exactly how capture, translation, and playback work.

How minutes are counted

Minutes are counted while a translation session is live — from the moment you press Start until you stop it, or until the session ends on its own because the audio capture drops or your balance runs out. A quiet room still counts: on paid plans the captured audio streams continuously to the translation model, so pauses in the conversation are billed like any other part of the session. Meeting mode is not part of the free tier — every meeting minute is a paid minute. Meeting is counted at the same rate as Video and Game mode: there is no multiplier for the mode or for the number of languages.

FAQ

Common questions

01Is VoxisLive a subscription?
No. You buy a one-time minute pack and the minutes are added to your account instantly. There is no recurring charge, and purchased minutes never expire while your account is active.
02What do the packs cost?
Starter 80 min for $6.99, Standard 300 min for $21.99, Pro 600 min for $39.99, Max 1500 min for $89.99, and Studio 2600 min for $149.99. Larger packs cost less per minute — down to about $0.058/min on Studio.
03Is there a free option?
Yes — and it never runs out. A new account gets 15 free minutes of the real, human-sounding voice as a one-time gift; after that the managed app keeps translating with 10 free minutes every day in the Windows app and the Linux snap, forever (in Video and Game mode), in a simpler voice that runs on your own PC — spoken in 35 of the 79 languages, while the other 44 arrive as live captions instead. Paid packs speak all 79. The daily free tier works in the browser extension too, but there it speaks with your browser's own voices — 18 of the 79 in Chrome on Windows, 16 in Edge; the rest arrive as live captions. The engine's audio pipeline is also published as a source-available excerpt on GitHub, for anyone who wants to see exactly how it works.
04Do unused minutes expire?
No. Pack minutes stack on top of any balance and never expire while your account is active.
05Can I get a refund?
Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right; minutes already used are deducted pro rata from the refund. See the refund policy for details.
06Is VAT or sales tax added on top?
VAT is not. Every price on this page already includes VAT — we cover it out of the price instead of adding it at checkout, so in the EU, the UK, Turkey and most other countries your card is charged exactly the amount shown. The one exception is the US and Canada, where local sales tax is calculated from your address and shown at checkout before you pay.
07I’m buying for a company — can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. At checkout, tick the business-purchase option and enter your company name and VAT ID; the invoice is then issued to your company. If you are an EU business, a valid VAT ID means the sale is reverse-charged and no VAT is collected from you at all. Enter it at checkout, before you pay.
08Which currency will I be charged in?
Prices on this page are shown in US dollars. Checkout is handled by Polar, our merchant of record, and depending on the country of your account the charge may be presented in your local currency. Either way, the exact amount and the currency are shown before you confirm — that is what your card is charged.
09How do I get a receipt or an invoice?
A receipt is emailed to you automatically as soon as the payment goes through. The formal invoice is issued by Polar, our merchant of record. Earlier payments and their invoices stay available in the billing portal, which you open from your account page.
10Are the free daily minutes per account or per device?
Both. The 10 free minutes a day are tied to your account and to the computer they run on, so one machine gets one daily free allowance. Purchased minutes are not limited that way — they sit in your account balance and stay there until you use them.
